I wish to compliment the hair spa service provided by Jun. She is very detailed and gentle. In addition, she will provide some light massage on the shoulder and neck on top of the usual hands and arm massage which is inclusive. Good service rendered!

I tried out waxing and threading service with Jenny. Her service and skills are simply excellent. She is friendly, polite and professional. She is also willing to go the extra miles, so do Moon and Crystal whom I tried out Manicure and Pedicure with. They make it a point that customers leave the outlet satisfied and at perfect condition. My experience with the staffs is good.

I’ve been with the salon for the last 4 years. They have never failed to impress me each time with their abilities to cope with the busy environment or even nasty unreasonable customers. Always cheerful and smiling. I usually use the same 2 ladies Jess and WanXin as they both are very professional, funny, entertaining, clean, attentive and precise. I won’t stop coming to this N20 nail Spa.

I visited N20 to avail their first time customer offer for classic Mani pedi. The service was excellent, was served tea and chocolates. The massage chair was good and overall the ambience was relaxing. Treatment wise, the scrub and massage could have been better but I believe spa mani pedi will cover that. Keep up the good work.

Anna was really nice. The other lady for pedicure is awesome too but didn’t catch her name. The environment is filled with happy staff that makes you feel really nice. No hard sell of package and any add on at all! Really an AWESOME place to try on and their nails package is a real good deal!

The seat has a massage function which they on for 10 minutes. Expect a few add ons (for the salt, some brands of nail colours, spa) and offer to buy package but they are not pushy. The lady massages the back for few minutes as well. Value for money.

Tiptop service given by the staffs at Westgate branch. Esp my frequent manicurist, Anna, Sandy & Ivy. I went to many other nails salon, the polish will never last for more than 2 weeks. Some worse, within a week my gel polish either chipped off or the whole thing will just drop out. I never have such experience here, my gel polish from N20 nails spa will surely last for more than 4 weeks sometimes can last up to 6 weeks! Affordable price for their package, reasonable price for their nail art as well. Will definitely continue my package with them. Thank you Anna, Sandy & Wendy

Went thr yterday for classic pedicure/manicure. The lady said i hv fungus infection n recommend me a disinfectant spray which cost $68. got bk n chk website cost $40 only. shld hv been firm n nt buy the pdt thr. the serv is gd, serve tea n a small toblerone choc, n the chair is masssge chair. of coz at the end, they r pushg very hard to sell pkg. after nego, manage to reduce 7 to 5 times. hope the service maintain when i start usg my pkg. will feedback again.

Best nail salon I’ve tried in Singapore, hands down. I’ve spent big bucks on all the fancy salons in the city center and was never 100% satisfied, I tried this and I couldn’t be happier about it! I did a gel manicure + classic pedicure and I was amazed by the professionality, experience and care to details of my beautician, Anna. She was also very fast as the whole thing took slightly more than 1h and a half (I spent two hours in a salon in Bugis once just for a mani….). Also very hygienic and clean salon (tools were sterilized in autoclave, which sadly elsewhere doesn’t happen as often as it should). The girls are all very nice too, they put great care in what they do. Their regular price list looks OK as well and it’s definitely good value for your money. I can say I found MY salon in Singapore, will keep coming back! Girls in the West, give this a try!
